I have these in several sizes. The 2 doors are great so you can put the cage wherever you feel is best without having to worry about the door on the front. I’m the kind who does a lot of research before making most purchases. Therefore I investigated a number of options before settling on this model for our 55lb lab/staffordshire terrier mix (we got the 36x24x27″ model).  We’ve had this crate for about 2 months now (after trying a couple of other car transport options including cage divider gates and dog seat belt harnesses) and it is perfect for our needs.  This life stages crate has brought a lot of peace and serenity to our lives when it comes to driving with the dog around! In fact, for the 4th of July weekend he made his first long (5 hours) car trip when we went to visit family, and he was happy as a clam — evidenced by the fact that he slept for most of the way.  All in all, I’d highly recommend it!
